Infinite Recovery Project 2025

It’s here. The Infinite Recovery Project is finally live

Since I started this book project back in 2018/19 I’ve spent years searching for language, trying to pin down the truth of what I saw.

Years of transformation happening, each time tearing up old drafts, rewriting chapters, shifting metaphors – because I was still living it. I thought I had it then, boom It was gone, I saw it differently again.

Is it all thought?
Is it trauma?
Is it both?

Again and again, I went deeper, into myself.
What I found wasn’t another framework,
It was something simpler,
More honest,
Beyond all systems and models, concepts and ideas, beyond spiritual communities and beliefs masquerading as truth, to the true source of all, within.

I found my own ground,
My own body,
My own knowing – the knowing that doesn’t come from theory, doesn’t come from evidence, doesn’t come from approval.

I found the freedom to be fully myself, without socially imposed limits,
To listen to my own heart,
To trust my own system.

And to know – without doubt – that we are never broken, only ever adapting,
This book is the fruit of that journey,
It’s not a roadmap,
It’s not a new program,
It’s an invitation – to return to what you’ve always known, but maybe forgot.

I want to thank a few incredible people, without whom this book could never have happened:
Elene, Stef, Claire – for mirroring back my capacity and strength when I was still questioning it, never doubting me, it’s an experience I often share about.

I also want to thank so many of you who stood with me along the way – whether by sharing a stage, a webinar, appearing on my podcast, or simply offering a listening ear. Marina, Derrick, Susan, Suzanne, Kat, Al, June, Sheela, Sue, Wyn, Bill, Lorna, Nina, Liliana.

Each of you showed me, in your own way, that real healing is in relationship, not performance. You gave me space to grow beyond my scripts.

So, If you’ve ever felt stuck in recovery – if you’ve ever wondered why all the frameworks, all the steps, all the labels still left you restless – then maybe this book will feel like a homecoming.

The Workbook is also available, designed not as another set of rules, but as a gentle space to reflect, integrate, and reclaim your own wisdom.

If you’ve ever felt stuck, if you’ve ever doubted whether freedom was possible for you, I hope these pages remind you –
– You are not a project to fix.
– You are not a diagnosis to manage.
– You are a human being – alive, resilient, whole.

If this message resonates, please share it,
Share it with a friend, a colleague, a loved one who still believes they are broken,
Because remembering who we are is not a solo mission.
