Last updated: 12/07/2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of any membership, live group, training, or other services provided by Infinite Recovery Ltd, a UK-registered business.
- Business Information
Company Name: Infinite Recovery Ltd
Registered Address: 19 Park Road, Lytham St Annes, FY8 1PW, UK
Company Number: 13113810
- Payments & Memberships
- All memberships are billed monthly via Stripe on the date you join.
- You may cancel at any time, but we ask for 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged again.
- Membership fees are non-refundable. Refunds for digital products and courses are governed by Section 11 of these Terms.
- We do not pause memberships. If you cancel, your access will end at the end of your paid period. You may rejoin at the current rate.
- If you cancel and later rejoin, you will be charged at the current membership rate (not your previous rate).
- Content Access & Use
- Access to membership content (videos, audios, PDFs, worksheets) is available only while your membership is active. Purchased standalone digital courses remain accessible in accordance with the access terms stated at the time of purchase.
- Downloading, screen-recording, copying, or redistributing any content is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access.
- All content remains the intellectual property of Infinite Recovery Ltd.
- Downloadable items (e.g. workbooks, PDFs) are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or used professionally unless explicitly stated.
- Right to Modify Content & Pricing
- We reserve the right to change, add, or remove content at any time.
- We may increase membership prices in the future, but existing members will retain their original rate as long as their subscription remains active.
- Nature of the Service
- The Infinite Recovery Process is not therapy, not medical advice, and not a crisis support service.
- This work is a form of insight-led learning, designed for self-reflection, education, and personal transformation.
- We do not offer any hotline, call centre, or immediate emergency support.
- This service does not replace professional help, such as that provided by doctors, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, or medical institutions.
- No results or outcomes are guaranteed. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and your own transformation.
- Any reference to this work being “safe” refers to a supportive environment for self-inquiry, and should not be interpreted as a therapeutic promise, guarantee, or professional assurance.
- Projections or personal interpretations of safety language are the responsibility of the individual. Infinite Recovery Ltd, its facilitators or contributors, cannot be held liable for assumptions or emotional responses arising from personal perception.
-
Participation does not guarantee recovery, behavioural change or any particular personal outcome.
- Group Participation & Behaviour
- Participation in our groups (live or WhatsApp or community) requires responsible, respectful behaviour.
- No advice-giving, judgment, or abusive language will be tolerated.
- If a participant engages in behaviour that causes harm or discomfort to others, they will receive one warning, after which they may be removed without refund.
- We expect all members to use ownership-based communication, e.g.
“When X happened, I felt…”
Not: “You made me feel…”
- Participants are expected to take full responsibility for their triggers, projections, and emotional responses as part of the learning process.
- Facilitators are not available for ongoing individual emotional processing outside the group space.
6a. Memberships vs. Trainings
We offer both membership-based support and structured trainings through Infinite Recovery Ltd. These differ in structure, intention, and responsibility:
Memberships
- Focused on ongoing self-exploration and insight
- Includes live groups, community support, guided reflection tools, and themed content
- Open to anyone committed to personal growth and recovery
- Does not include professional instruction or permission to use methods with others
Trainings
- Designed for those wishing to deepen their understanding or work with others (e.g. therapists, facilitators)
- May include teaching modules, videos, workbooks, assignments, and live sessions
- Intended for educational purposes only, unless explicitly stated
- You are responsible for applying this knowledge within the scope of your own qualifications and ethics
- Participation does not qualify you to teach or represent Infinite Recovery without explicit certification
Each offering will be clearly marked as either “membership” or “training.” Please contact us before joining if you are unsure which applies.
- Data Collection & Privacy
- Any wellbeing data collected (e.g., through scales or surveys) is stored anonymously and used only for research, development, and service improvement.
- Your personal data is never sold or shared outside Infinite Recovery Ltd.
- See our [Privacy Policy] for full details.
- One-to-One Sessions in Membership
- One-to-one sessions (where included and pre-authorised) are recorded and shared with the group as part of the learning process.
- By participating in a 1:1 session, you consent to being recorded and having that recording used for group learning (anonymised if required).
- If you are not comfortable with this, please let us know before scheduling.
- WhatsApp Group / Community Usage
- WhatsApp and community groups are for connection, light support, and reminders — not therapy or crisis support.
- We aim to respond where reasonably possible to tagged messages within 24 hours (weekdays only).
- These are held spaces, and participants must contribute with respect, presence, and ownership.
- No judgment, blame, or shaming will be tolerated.
- Violations will result in one warning, followed by removal without refund.
- All members are expected to use responsible language, e.g.,
“When X happened, I felt…” rather than “You made me feel…”
- Digital Courses & Products
- Online courses, digital products, downloadable resources and trainings are provided as digital educational content.
- Access to purchased digital products is granted immediately upon successful payment unless otherwise stated.

- Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, purchases of online courses, trainings and digital products are non-refundable.

- Nothing within our services constitutes medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal or financial advice.
- You remain solely responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Any information provided through such technology is supplementary in nature and does not constitute therapy, medical advice, clinical judgement, professional healthcare or regulated professional services.
- One-to-One Services
- Private one-to-one programmes are separate from memberships unless explicitly included.
- Where an assessment session forms part of enrolment, Infinite Recovery Ltd reserves the right to determine whether the programme is an appropriate fit for both parties.
- If we decide, following the assessment session and before the programme begins, that the programme is not an appropriate fit, any payment made for that programme will be refunded in full.
- Infinite Recovery Ltd reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate access to any membership, course, training, community or one-to-one service where, at our reasonable discretion, believe continued participation is inappropriate, unlawful, abusive, disruptive, or detrimental to the safety or wellbeing of the service or its participants. Where access is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, no refund will be provided.
- Changes to Courses & Services
- Infinite Recovery Ltd reserves the right to improve, update, modify, replace, remove or discontinue course content, downloadable resources, community features, videos, worksheets and educational materials where reasonably necessary.

- Where reasonably possible, access will be restored as quickly as practicable.
- Intellectual Property
- All videos, audio recordings, worksheets, downloads, written materials, graphics, diagrams and course resources remain the intellectual property of Infinite Recovery Ltd unless otherwise stated.
- Content may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, screen-recorded, uploaded elsewhere, used to train artificial intelligence systems, reverse engineered, incorporated into other products or shared publicly without prior written permission.
